Proofs
With your service a password protected gallery will be provided within 2 business days.  
If expedited access to your gallery is needed, please advise upon booking.  
*Please note an expedited fee may apply for access needed within 48hrs.
 
Retouching
You will receive one retouched image per look. Retouching means correcting various elements in an 
image such as: Minor physical imperfections (small facial scars, blemishes, bags under eyes, 
teeth whitening, eyes whitening, clearing of skin, major stray hairs, etc).
Any additonal photos requested for retouching will be billed at $25 per image.
 
Payment / Deposit
Upon booking a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required in order to confirm your session.  
The deposit amount of $100 applicable towards your services.
Please note, if the session is rescheduled, the non-refundable deposit is transferable and 
able to be applied towards another session.
 
RESCHEDULING/POSTPONEMENT 
In the event you wish to amend your booking, client must do so in writing via email and a phone call with at 
least 24 hours notice. This is a one-time reschedule. In the event of your one-time shoot reschedule, 
if I have prior sessions booked, I will re-book the session whenever possible.
If the one-time re-shoot becomes cancelled you forfeit your previous deposit and a new deposit fee 
is required to secure the new date.

RE-SHOOTS
Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer; and are not given for regretful 
personal choices such as hair and clothing.
 
NO SHOWS
If the clients fail to appear to a scheduled headshot session without prior reschedule, 
the deposit fee is non-refundable. The session can be rescheduled at the original portrait session fee
paid in full.
